"I was a 20+ year minister and Olivia was a therapist. Neither of us come from a traditional sales background and we wanted a system that worked for us that is not "salesy".

Willis & Olivia Adair

Will and Olivia were born and raised in North Carolina. They met and married in Wilmington, NC where they now reside. They have hearts for people and served in various ministries before entering the insurance industry. Will's transition into insurance occurred after his dad unexpectedly died and he was looking for employment during Covid. He learned about the industry why helping his mom collect on his dad's policy. He wanted to create a better insurance company and that gave birth to the Adair Agency.

Will was attracted to the flexibility in the insurance industry and working 100% remotely, that it pays well, and offers career advancement opportunities with flexibility for life outside of work. His wife homeschools and the flexibility allowed them to move recently to Wilmington, NC to help take care for a member of Olivia's family.

"One of the other things we wanted was genuine integrity in business partners." Will met Dan Barnes that introduced Will to Symmetry Financial Group, founded by Brandon Ellison and Casey Watkins. "I figured that if even half of what was in Dan's video was true then we could make a decent living as a Symmetry partner-- or I'd know this was not the career for me. It has been a humbling and awesome experience to grow to be one of the top producers in the agencies of which I am a part."
